I had an amazing stay at Hilton in Dali. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and the views are fine. The staff were really nice too make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with their service when I wasn't feeling well. They went out of their way to find a vessel to construct a makeshift hot water bag for me. The facilities at the hotel are great, with a variety of restaurants and amenities to keep you entertained. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice experience.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the Cang Shan mountain and surrounded by nature. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from some of the spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. the hotel offers an extensive and delicious breakfast buffet that includes both local and western options. There are also many facilities available, such as a Thai and Chinese restaurant and an executive lounge.
Children running around the hotel premises could be distracting.

We loved the serene location nestled against the backdrop of a scenic mountain. The hotel offered close proximity to beautiful natural sites and the bustling city. The luxurious rooms were spacious and had fine views of the lake. The breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were attentive and helpful.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed at a hotel in Dali for the New Year, and it was a decent experience overall. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options to choose from. the gym was well-equipped, and we enjoyed working out there every morning during our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful in giving us directions to nearby attractions.
The lack of information provided by the hotel about the nearby attractions. We had to research on our own to find out how to get to certain places we wanted to visit.

the luxurious amenities and stunning views of the lake made my visit truly memorable. the spa and wellness centre provided a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while the BBQ facilities and sun terrace added to the hotel's exclusivity. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served up delicious dishes and drinks, making my dinners an enjoyable experience.
Though I was able to find my way back to the hotel with a hired car, it would have been helpful to have better information ahead of time.

Beautiful, quiet residential area. Close to Cangshan entrance. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Excellent views. New facility. Easy transportation.
Everything is what I need and want.
